A criminal record check including vulnerable sector must be completed and filed with the Jacksonville Baptist Office every three years for everyone serving with children and youth.

Record checks can be obtained from local RCMP offices (for out of town residents) or from the Woodstock Town Police (for Woodstock residents)

If you are seeking a criminal record check, you can obtain a letter of recommendation that should allow for any associated feed to be waived. A copy of this letter can be downloaded and personalized below. Do not forget to personalize it for your name before submitting it.
